What you'll be doing:

Managing client relationships for 4-6 accounts (we'll start you with smaller accounts and grow your portfolio)

Coordinating projects with our offshore teams

Learning our "Waypoint Way" methodology that delivers 95%+ client retention

Contributing to business development and growth planning

Building the foundation for your digital marketing career

We're looking for someone who:

Has completed or is completing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Genuinely enjoys building relationships and helping businesses succeed

Is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Has strong communication skills and professional presence

Is excited about the opportunity to help build something special

What we offer:

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 pro rata (based on experience and qualifications)

Flexible start: Begin part-time (3-4 days) with clear pathway to full-time
