We’re partnering with a small but mighty creative agency that punches well above its weight, delivering bold and impactful work for purpose-led brands across sustainability, finance, health, and social impact sectors.
As their Senior Account Manager / Account Director steps away on parental leave, they’re looking for a confident, collaborative and purpose-driven operator to take the reins. You’ll lead day-to-day client relationships and oversee campaign delivery across a handful of high-profile accounts, with a particular focus on brand and integrated creative.

The ideal candidate will be strategic and solutions-focused, with experience managing creative development end-to-end — from brief and concept through to production and delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning client relationships and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
• Leading integrated brand and campaign rollouts across digital, social, video, and print
• Briefing and collaborating with creative teams and partners
• Ensuring creative quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery across all channels
• Managing budgets, timelines, approvals and internal communications with care and clarity

About You

• 5–8 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally across both agency and client-side environments
• Strong track record delivering creative campaigns in fast-paced or resourceful environments
• Confident managing stakeholders and creatives, and driving projects forward independently
• Experience in values-led, government, social change or not-for-profit campaigns is a bonus
• Enjoys working in a small, collaborative and values-aligned team
