We’re working with a leading brand and design agency in Melbourne that’s on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager—someone with a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship skills, and a knack for keeping complex projects on track.

This is a contract role (9–12 months) with the potential to transition into a permanent opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in branding, confident managing clients and creative teams, and comfortable leading projects end-to-end. You’ll act as the key connector between clients and internal teams—bringing clarity to briefs, structure to delivery, and energy to the everyday.

What You’ll Do:

Manage a portfolio of trusted client relationships with care and strategic insight

Lead branding and creative projects from proposal through to delivery

Collaborate across strategy, design, language, and experience teams

Anticipate challenges and offer thoughtful, solutions-driven guidance

Take ownership of budgets, timing plans, and project reporting

Contribute to brand strategy, presentations, and team culture

What We’re Looking For:

5–6 years of brand/account management experience, ideally in a branding or design-led environment

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to lead teams and build client trust

Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to delivery

A warm, collaborative personality with a love for design thinking
