The Role
As our Marketing & Brand Operations Manager, you’ll own the delivery of major campaigns, support always-on content, and bring marketing systems to life across our growing group.
You’ll start by leading the rollout of our 10-Year Anniversary Campaign in Prospect — a flagship, story-driven, multi-channel campaign. From there, you’ll help bring brand consistency, visibility and creativity to Launceston, Rosny and beyond.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role — perfect for someone who loves organisation, content, and storytelling with commercial impact.
In this role, you will:
Lead Campaign Execution – Plan and deliver end-to-end campaigns across video, flyers, landing pages, email, and social
Coordinate Content & Vendors – Work with our founder, operations team, and external creatives to keep campaigns sharp and on track
Manage the Marketing Calendar – Keep us consistent, visible, and relevant across all practices
Platform Oversight – Keep our website, Google and Meta presence healthy, current, and high-performing
Social Media Management – Plan, post, and repurpose our stories, team highlights, and service content
Content Capture – Curate transformation stories that bring our care to life
Clinic Team Support – Equip front office and clinical teams with campaign tools, scripts, signage and stories
We’d love you to have:
2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand execution, or campaign ops
Experience managing timelines, vendors and multiple deliverables
Confidence using Canva and/or Adobe Design Suite, HubSpot (or similar), Meta Business tools, Google Workspace
A strong eye for brand voice, copywriting, and storytelling tone
Familiarity with health, service, or community-driven businesses (or the passion to learn fast!)
Based in Launceston or Hobart (Launceston preferred), with flexibility to travel between sites
