Are you a sharp, organised marketing all-rounder who loves making things happen behind the scenes?

Kate Forrester is a leading Ecommerce Marketing and Creative Strategist, helping Australian brands scale from 6 to 8 figures with her proven Hybrid Marketing Model. As demand grows, she’s looking for a Strategic Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of internal projects and client campaigns — without diluting her premium strategy-first model.

You’ll be implementing well-defined elements of client plans — no guesswork, no client calls, and no strategy decisions required. This is clean, high-quality execution and project coordination with minimal hand-holding.

What You’ll Be Doing

Create marketing and creative briefs for Kate’s client contractors and internal teams

Coordinate and upload creative assets for Klaviyo and Meta campaigns

Document and track client strategy call action points; assist with calendar and meeting prep

Source, shortlist and brief on-brand content creators for client projects

Proofread and test marketing assets (emails, ads, landing pages)

Edit, upload, and manage content across platforms (landing pages, Instagram, etc.)

Support development of digital products — including decks, Loom tutorials and tools for the Accelerator Program

Maintain kafanco’s social media calendar, content rollout, website updates, and sales processes

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience using Ecommerce tools: Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Suite

Social media, marketing, and content-savvy — can brief creators and adapt across brands

Obsessed with detail, timelines and follow-through — you don’t drop balls

Confident working with freelancers and chasing deliverables independently

Comfortable working async using Loom, Notion, ClickUp or similar

Understand your lane: you’re here to implement — not pitch strategy or hold client calls

A proactive communicator who doesn’t need daily supervision

Contractor role: Approx. 25 hours/week (flexible, with potential to grow)

Remote: Based anywhere in Australia — or work with Kate in Byron Bay

Pay: $60–$90/hour depending on experience
