An established and respected real estate agency in Rockdale is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join a friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time position offering the chance to manage a diverse portfolio and contribute to a growing business.

About the Role

Position: Property Manager (Full-time)

Location: Rockdale, NSW

Portfolio: Approximately 230 properties (primarily residential, some commercial)

Team Structure: Sole Property Manager within a small office team

Work Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Every Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm (with a day off every fortnight)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of day-to-day property management operations

Liaise with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional service

Market available properties and attract quality tenants

Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors

Conduct ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections

Manage arrears and rent collection processes

Bring in new business and contribute to the agency’s growth

What’s on Offer

Remuneration:

$75,000 base salary + superannuation - Negotiable based on experience

About You

3–4 years’ experience in property management

Current real estate license (essential)

Strong communication, marketing, and customer service skills

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Knowledge of the local market
