Our client is seeking a motivated Junior or Assistant Property Manager to join a friendly, high performing team based in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

The Role:

• Provide an exceptional customer focus towards owners and tenants
• Functions associated with leasing and maintaining properties
• Respond to general enquiries from potential tenants
• Prepare property condition reports (ingoing, outgoing and periodic)
• Accurately complete all necessary documentation associated with leasing and managing properties; including the preparation and lodgement of Rental Bond Board documents, inspection reports, leases, generation and distribution of monthly owner statements and maintenance of the key register for our properties
• Preparation and confirmation of tenancy lease agreements
• Arranging maintenance and repairs to properties which are to be carried out expeditiously, economically and to an acceptable standard
• Act as a liaison between tenants, landlords and owners regarding prospective tenants, agreements, repairs and tenancy termination
