Our client is a well-established and progressive manufacturing organisation. They manufacture and assemble high quality agricultural planting and row crop equipment. We are looking for a self-motivated salesperson who has business development and sales experience and is passionate about the agricultural sector. The primary components of your role will include:

• Building and maintaining customer relationships with broadacre and cotton farmers, predominantly based in the Northern NSW region;
• Consistent engagement and follow up with new and regular customers from introduction to products, quoting, sales, set up and after sales support;
• Achieving a consistently high level of sales and customer support across the entire product range;
• Be a proactive member of the organisation including Sales, Service and Factory teams to ensure customer satisfaction is assured;
• In-field commissioning of machines and troubleshooting with customers during and after sales;
• Utilising the expertise and support of colleagues to ensure exceptional experience/results for customers each growing season; and
• Attending field days and representing the company at all times.

You will need to regularly travel predominantly within 2-3 hours of Narrabri and have the confidence and ability to meet and greet growers, build and maintain effective relationships and make the sales.
