We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead clinical operations and nursing standards at a major residential aged care facility in the Northern Rivers region. Providing comprehensive residential care, dedicated dementia support, and palliative care services, the home offers a professional yet compassionate environment backed by a respected national provider.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape resident outcomes and mentor a large clinical team, supported by regional leaders and operational resources.

Opportunity

Lead clinical governance across a large, modern aged care centre

You

Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with aged care clinical leadership experience
