NSW Client Services Manager

You are available to travel away from home 1 week every month to service existing clients and open new business in regional towns. Because of your unshakable integrity, you can work autonomously but also enjoy interacting with our fun and professional support team through Phone and digital platforms.

Ever the consummate Salesperson, you thrive on negotiating for the best price and position outcome for our broad range of products in the tobacconist, service station, convenience store, outdoor and fashion accessories retail sectors. While empathetic, your gregarious and happy disposition makes you a natural born People-Person who loves to build and maintain relationships and to help our retail partners expand and improve their business.

Ideally you have CRM experience, an eye for Attractive Merchandising and a working knowledge of Excel. You understand the connection between earnings and effort, but also know how to work smartly, leveraging modern digital systems to maximize your sales in-between service calls.

Your experience in Business-to-Business sales has given you the confidence and vocabulary to forge strong supply partnerships with business owners. Your unwavering dedication to client service, driven by your awareness that your personal success is tied to the success of your clients, gives you the motivation to excel in all areas of the role.

Area of Operation: Liverpool, Campbelltown, Wollongong, Nowra, Southern Highlands to Canberra including the Snowy Mountains, as well as a Bi-Monthly week-long trip to Wagga Wagga and surrounds. You will service approximately 200 existing Client accounts and always be on the lookout for more.

Please note this is a ‘Drivers’ role. No matter if you live in The Illawarra, South West Sydney, Southern Highlands or ACT, you will have to travel back and forth. There is a possibility for further accommodation allowances to reduce the travelling to increase daily client visits when at the further reaches of your area. Ideally you are prepared to spend 4 nights away from home each month.

Salary Package: A modern vehicle with fuel card is supplied to ensure you have every opportunity to cover your area in comfort and safety. A Phone and Laptop loaded with all necessary applications is provided. A competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, as well as Monthly sales bonuses, keeps the role fun and exciting.

Expected Earnings: $90,000 - $120,000
