Our client is a leading commercial and residential construction company across South East Queensland

About The Role of Residential Site Manager:

Reporting directly to the Project Director you will oversee projects of upto $30 million.
You will ensure ongoing delivery of residential units and townhouse projects, on time and budget. Leading a team of subcontractors and tradesman you will be flexible in your approach and adaptable to all requirements of the role.

Skills and Experience of the Residential Site Manager:

• Previous experience in a Site Manager role within the residential unit sector and overall responsible of the whole project
• Previous exposure to handling high specification projects
• An excellent understanding of site management, construction management and contracts administration
• Strong communication skills and a can do attitude
• A Certificate IV or equivalent is required
• High level of organizational and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of building codes and attention to detail is a must
