Site Manager
Design & Build Recruitment is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client on a permanent basis. You will be working with a well-respected tier 2 construction company with a strong future pipeline of projects.
With a commitment to excellence, our client takes pride in creating long lasting relationships through excellent service, and quality of the end project. Our client is based in Brisbane, and searching for a Northside based site manager to run a $40M multistorey residential, full D&C project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, & subcontractors
• Develop and implement construction schedules
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality
• Foster a positive, high performing, & collaborative working environment
• Keep on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in multistorey residential new build projects $20M+
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices
• Excellent leadership
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
• Values teamwork and camaraderie
