About the Role

As Solution Designer, you'll be responsible for delivering scalable, strategic and secure solution designs across the payments modernisation program. Working in a cross-functional team, you'll bridge the gap between product vision and delivery.

• Lead end-to-end solution design across key payments initiatives
• Collaborate with business, technology and architecture teams
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Focus on digital and mobile platform integration (ideal)
• Support delivery teams with traceable, actionable solution artefacts
• Influence decision-making and maintain clear design governance

About You
We're looking for a strategic thinker with solid experience designing solutions in large enterprise environments, ideally with exposure to digital or mobile platforms.

• Demonstrated expeirence working as Solution Designer, preferably in banking
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry (preferred)
• Familiarity with modern payments systems and architecture
• Experience working in the Digital and/or mobile delivery space (required)
• Confident communicator and stakeholder management
• Able to work across both high-level and detailed designs
