About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with a proven track record of leading impactful product design in the retail e-commerce space. This 12-month contract role is ideal for someone who thrives on owning the end-to-end product journey—from discovery and ideation through to delivery and iteration. You’ll play a key role in shaping seamless, customer-centric digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion across our e-commerce platforms.This will be a hybrid opporetunity with 3 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling e-commerce experiences across web and mobile.
• Own the full product design lifecycle—from user research and journey mapping to prototyping, testing, and final UI delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and data analysts to align design with business goals.
• Use data and user insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve the customer journey.
• Champion design thinking and advocate for the customer at every stage of the product development process.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence and collaboration.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of digital products, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce UX patterns, conversion optimization, and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first principles.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Exposure to omnichannel retail or loyalty programs.
• Motion design or micro-interaction skills.
