This highly successful private constructor and developer focuses on residential and build-to-rent properties, although they have also delivered projects in the retail, industrial and commercial space. With a long history and innovative approach they are consistently growing and winning new business.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will focus on:

Strategic planning and analysis - roadmaps, initiatives, and business case analysis

Market sector and competitor analysis

Project feasibility modelling and assessments

Supporting site acquisitions and investment analysis

Project performance analysis and reporting

Working with consultants to develop marketing strategies and pricing

Business partnering with development and delivery teams to implement process improvements

Data analysis, dashboards, and presentations to senior leaders

You will have a relevant degree (Business, Property, Finance etc) and have minimum of 3 years' experience in the property sector including skills in analysis, development projects, feasibilities, and financial modelling. Strong commercial acumen, the ability to translate business needs into functional specs, excellent communication and problem solving skills, and a passion for the development sector are all key.
