We’re working with a dynamic and growing property group that’s looking for a commercially minded Strategy Analyst to join their team.
It’s a hybrid position that sits across commercial planning and end-to-end project delivery. You’ll get involved in everything from early-stage feasibilities and market research through to business plan development, due diligence, and performance analysis. You’ll also support key strategic initiatives, help shape business cases, and bring clarity to investment decisions through quality insights and modelling.We’re looking for someone who understands how property works on the ground but can also zoom out and think strategically.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the development of strategy, business plans and growth initiatives
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support feasibility work
• Modelling scenarios and assessing investment opportunities using tools like Estate Master
• Providing performance and operational insights across projects
• Supporting planning and consultant coordination activities
• Translating business goals into clear requirements and actionable plans
• Building dashboards and reporting tools to support decision making
• Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders to bring initiatives to life

What we’re looking for:

• Solid understanding of the property development lifecycle
• Strong analytical mindset – able to interpret data and build meaningful insights
• Exposure to feasibility modelling, due diligence, and strategic planning
• Confident communicator who can engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience conducting workshops and developing business plans and strategic documentation
• A mix of commercial acumen and hands-on delivery experience

This role is full-time onsite, with their office accessible via public transport and car.
