Position Overview
This is a field-based account management and business development role focused on driving brand visibility and project specifications across NSW. As the face of the company within the architectural and design (A&D) market, you’ll play a pivotal role in securing new business, nurturing existing clients, and representing a product portfolio known for quality and innovation. Based out of Padstow, you will regularly travel to client sites, showrooms, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers, boutique builders, kitchen retailers, and stonemasons.
- Promote the full range of products via face-to-face meetings, showroom presentations, site visits, and networking events.
- Drive specification and sales opportunities using your network, CRM tools, and platforms such as EstimateOne and BCI.
- Provide clients with technical support, up-to-date samples, swatches, and design consultation.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, product launches, and customer engagement.
- Report regularly on sales activity, forecasts, pipeline development, and market feedback.
- Represent the brand at industry expos, architecture events, and client functions.
What You’ll Bring
- Prior sales experience, preferably in architectural surfaces, interiors, or building products.
- Exposure to the A&D market and construction segments such as kitchen/joinery retail or stone fabrication (ideal but not essential)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and presentation confidence.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic territory.
- CRM proficiency and a commitment to data-driven sales.
- A valid NSW driver’s licence.
