We’re on the hunt for a driven Executive Assistant to join our team. This is not your typical EA role. You’ll be embedded across all areas of the business, from daily operations and HR to product development and ecommerce — with a clear growth path towards Business Manager, Chief of Staff, or other senior role.

How you’ll make an impact

You’ll be the backbone of a fast-moving beauty brand. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll support team coordination, build internal systems, manage HR and casual rostering, and assist across product and marketing functions. Your impact will be felt across every part of the business.

What you’ll do

Executive Support

Manage the two Director’s inboxes and calendars

Triage and prioritise tasks, meetings and communication

Maintain smooth workflows across leadership and departments

Assist with various tasks across product development and marketing.

HR & People Operations

Run recruitment and onboarding processes

Manage rostering and coordination of casual staff

Support general HR admin and foster strong team culture

Systems & Operations

Build internal processes that drive efficiency

Improve how we work and communicate across the business

Coordinate with external partners, suppliers and freelancers

What you’ll bring

You’re a highly organised problem-solver who thrives on keeping teams running smoothly. You love creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring everything is exactly where it needs to be. You’re proactive, adaptable, and always one step ahead.
