The Role
Due to continued success and growth within the business, this organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team supporting an Executive Director.
Further duties and responsibilities include:
Supporting the Office Manager with housekeeping duties
Provide strong diary management support to Executive Director
Coordinate travel for broader team
Produce reports for business development activities and compare against targets
Work closely with marketing team on business development marketing campaigns
Take minutes for key meetings
Engage with clients on behalf of Executive Director
Assist with client focused events
Pre-empt Executive Director's workload and ensure they stay on track
About You
To be successful in this role it is preferred that you possess:
Previous experience in the Property or Finance sector
Strong EA or Team Assistant experience
Organised and priorities driven nature
Patient and understanding disposition
Easy going and friendly nature
