Responsibilities: As a Senior Property Manager, you will be working alongside an experienced assistant and supported by a remote admin team.

• Create and maintain professional relationships with owners and tenants
• Work collaboratively with an assistant property manager and grow together as a team
• Oversee lease renewals and rent reviews with support from a VA assistant
• Conduct outgoing tenant inspections and provide client feedback for available properties
• Carry out routine inspections for takeover managements and new tenants
• Coordinate urgent repairs and maintenance with the help of your assistant
• Manage arrears, supported by automated systems
• Handle dispute resolution and attend QCAT hearings when required
• Manage insurance claim lodgements

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in property management
• Current real estate certificate of registration
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident working collaboratively with assistants and remote teams
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and continuous improvement
