Key Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and online enquiries professionally

Processing payments and invoicing

Quoting tyres and minor mechanical work

Booking appointments and managing workflow

Following our Quality Assurance System

Maintaining a clean and safe workspace for both customers and staff

Achieving daily KPI targets

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
