This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our fast growing Real Estate Management team in Young. We are driven to maximise the performance of our client’s assets by working with owners and investors to develop and implement residential property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.

This key role will be responsible for approximately 200 residential properties.

You will build strong relationships with clients and landlords to ensure that business objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.

Undertaking frequent inspections in order to oversee the presentation and maintenance of the property assets, ensuring high standards of appearance at all times. Ensuring all lease and other documentation is fully executed and in place and compliant.

Liaising regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations to the client in accordance with agreed standards and requirements, and conducting negotiations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals along with other tenant negotiations as required, in a timely and professional manner.

Implementation of preventative maintenance services, including general repairs and maintenance, fire & water compliance.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following:

A Current 'Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration' or 'Real Estate Licence' and a minimum of two (2) years experience managing residential property portfolios is preferrable. You will possess a thorough understanding of the residential tenancies act, new legislation and NSW agency crocedures, protocols and terminology. A strong working knowledge of real estate market activities, developments and trends to assess possible implications on landlord return on investment and consumer protection is essential.

We are ideally looking for a self-motivated, pro-active individual who is highly organised and able to work independantly as well as having a desire to collaborate and add value to the wider Real Estate Management team. Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills will be highly regarded.
