We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator who comes from a Landscaping & Civil background to work with a global company.

Pricing projects for tier 1 builders across many industries such as Civil, Infrastructure, Parks, Reserves & Playgrounds, Residential & Commercial Developments.

About you:
We are seeking someone who is passionate, enthusiastic & self-motivated. Someone who can grow within the company and be an instrumental part of the team.

The Role:
Working alongside the Estimating Manager you will be responsible pricing and tendering a wide range of landscaping projects valued up to $5m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete estimates for landscaping/civil projects
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
• Can price accordingly up to $5m for tier 1 &2 Builders
• Experience with estimating software/spreadsheets such as Benchmark, Bluebeam, outlook, word and excel
• Negotiate pricing/rates
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Can work on their own initiate
