About the role

Burly Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscaping Estimator to join our dynamic team on the Gold Coast, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial landscaping projects, ensuring Burly Holdings remains a leader in the industry.

What you'll be doing

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial landscaping projects, including materials, labour, and equipment

Liaise with clients to understand their project requirements and specifications

Conduct site inspections to assess project scope and identify any potential challenges

Collaborate with the design and project management teams to optimise project costs and timelines

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Ensure all estimates are compliant with relevant building codes and standards

Provide support and guidance to the sales team during the bidding process

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial landscaping estimating

Strong understanding of landscaping materials, construction methods, and industry standards

Proficient in using estimating software and spreadsheet applications

Proficient using OST software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams

Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines

Relevant qualifications in horticulture, landscape design, or a related field
