What You'll Be Doing

Estimating commercial landscape and civil projects with precision and insight

Preparing accurate take-offs using Bluebeam and Excel

Reading and interpreting construction and landscape plans and specifications

Applying your knowledge of plants, materials, and specifications to build sharp, competitive tenders

Collaborating with a team of 5 estimators and reporting to our Estimating Manager

Quoting for projects that make a significant impact on the business – including:

Major builders & developers

Industrial, aged care & education

Land subdivision and retail

Council and government works

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in landscape or civil estimating

High-level skills in Excel and digital take-off platforms

Strong knowledge of landscape specs, plans, and horticulture

Clear communicator with a professional mindset

A team player who thrives in a high-performance, no-nonsense environment

Most importantly: you’re hungry to win, grow, and do it all with a crew who’s got your back
