Your Role As an Estimator, you will play a key role in pre-construction activities, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates that inform project bids and client proposals. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure estimations are thorough, commercially sound, and aligned with project goals.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial construction estimating, preferably within large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of cost control, risk management, and procurement processes
• Proven ability to prepare detailed and competitive tender submissions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office suite
