Bluestone is partnered with a growing Developer and Builder who specialise in residential builds. This leading group also have a growing commercial division.

An opportunity has arisen for a newly created Maintenance Manager to join the business, this senior role will manage a nimble on-site & admin team as well as continue to establish/improve systems and efficiencies within the business as it continues to grow.

The Role:

• Co-ordinate and schedule trades and services to make sure maintenance is completed as quickly as possible
• Ability to manage team and set + track KPI's
• Set Maintenance/Warranty targets
• Refer to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and BCA's for defecting rectification standards.
• Liaise with major clients regarding maintenance requirements for homes currently within the maintenance and warranty period when necessary.
• Check & review maintenance and warranty reports

About You:

• Previous experience in a supervision or management role
• Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solutions orientated & ability to be hands on when required
