About the Role

This exciting role & opportunity exists at the Stawell meat processing plant, the gateway to the Grampians. Where you'll work with a diverse team who align with our values & are passionate and empowered to perform at pace & achieve big things.

The Reliability Leader, plays a crucial role in coordinating maintenance efforts, managing the maintenance team, and maintaining equipment reliability. Overseeing the maintenance activities and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities during a specific shift or period.

• Salary Range 125k-145k Dependent Quals/Experience
• Fulltime 38hrs pw with Immediate Start

What are we looking for?

• Experience in the meat or food processing industry
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role
• Australian – Trade certification/Licence
• Forklift licence
• Excellent communication and practical problem-solving skills
• Sound time management and organisation skills
