About the Role

This part-time opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves making people feel special, and brings warmth and professionalism to every guest interaction. As the first face our clients see, you’ll be the heartbeat of our salon experience – keeping things running smoothly, supporting the team, and ensuring every visit feels seamless and special.

Your daily may include:

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism

• Managing bookings, emails, and phone enquiries

• Supporting the stylists to stay on track and on time

• Ensuring the front of house space is always immaculate

• Helping with product sales, stock handling, and checkouts

• Keeping the salon flowing beautifully – even on busy days!

Bonus (but not essential):

• Experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment

• Love of hair, beauty, or fashion

• Familiarity with salon booking systems or admin tools
