The Role

We’re seeking a proactive and organised Growth & Operations Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

You’ll play a key role in driving the business forward—managing client enquiries, coordinating day-to-day operations, and actively contributing to growth through lead generation, relationship-building, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to booking enquiries and conduct timely client follow-ups

Prepare and send service quotes tailored to client requirements

Schedule and coordinate staff, ensuring the right team is assigned to each job

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and referral partnerships

Support the director with operational planning and workflow optimisation

Conduct marketing efforts, including social media, and local outreach

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals

Maintain accurate records, calendars, and documentation using internal systems

About You

Experience in business development, operations, customer service, or administration (relocation/real estate services a bonus)

Highly organised with strong time management and coordination skills

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a professional and confident manner

Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRMs, digital tools, and scheduling platforms

A self-starter with initiative and a growth mindset

Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail

Positive, adaptable team player who enjoys variety and problem-solving
