As a key team member, you'll contribute to our company's growth by providing high-quality, patient-centered service through qualifying, booking, and onboarding clients for allied health appointments.

Your Impact

Working from home, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive seamless access to healthcare services. Your role will involve:

Managing the entire client onboarding process for allied health services

Coordinating and rescheduling appointments with a focus on client satisfaction

Addressing patients' healthcare needs with empathy and professionalism

Supporting administrative functions as directed by leadership

Your Profile

The ideal candidate brings:

Previous experience in allied health or related sectors

Call centre experience with proven customer service excellence

Working knowledge of DVA, NDIS, and My Aged Care processes

Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Professional demeanour and attention to detail

Essential

Outstanding written and verbal communication in English

Experience in meeting and exceeding daily and weekly KPIs

Proven track record in customer service excellence

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving capabilities and initiative

Demonstrated computer literacy

Resilience and the ability to follow clinical directives with urgency

Must have own computer with internet
