Step into a Key Leadership Role – Immediate Start

We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager/Clinical Compliance Manager to provide temporary leadership and oversight in a well-run, <50-bed residential aged care home located in Rockdale region, Southern Sydney.

This short-term role will cover while permanent recruitment is underway. You’ll be supported by a committed leadership team and empowered to maintain high-quality care and compliance standards.

The Details

Start: ASAP

Duration: Up to 4 weeks (with potential to extend)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday – operational hours

Flexibility: Adjust start/finish to support AM & PM shift visibility (within standard operational hours)

On-call: May include on call – phone based over weekends

Pay: $80/hour + Super (casual engagement)(RN

About You

Experienced Residential Aged Care Clinical Leader

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

Comfortable managing compliance and clinical oversight

High-level communication and people skills

Cantonese or Mandarin speaking highly regarded but not essential

Valid police check, working rights

This casual engagement is suited to experienced clinical leaders with a strong background in residential aged care. It requires comprehensive oversight of clinical operations, governance, AN-ACC management, staff leadership, and quality improvement. Proven ability to lead teams, manage compliance, and drive high standards of care is essential.
