The Role:
In this role, you’ll be involved in the operational and clinical management of residential aged care facilities. You will guide and support multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with aged care standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives — all while fostering a caring and respectful environment for residents.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Aged Care Management or leadership role
• Current AHPRA registration
• Full Australian working rights
• Strong understanding of ACQSC standards and compliance
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Flexible and adaptability to work in a diverse setting
• Up-to-date competencies and immunisation records
