Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents in accordance with individual care plans
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and provide clinical assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best care outcomes
• Supervise and support care staff to maintain high standards of care delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical governance standards

You’ll Bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care, hospital setting or new graduates who are passionate about working in or transitioning into Aged Care
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail and a passion for aged care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
