Clinical Care Coordinator

• Rare part-time CCC opportunity - 5 shifts per fortnight

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) for a well-regarded residential aged care home
• This is a permanent part-time position with weekday-only hours (9am–5pm) – no nights or weekends
• 5 shifts per fortnight are available, with the option to pick up additional RN shifts to increase to full-time if desired
• You’ll be part of a supportive, well-staffed facility that offers excellent opportunities for learning and development
• As CCC, you will assist in leading the clinical care of all residents
• You’ll work alongside an experienced Facility Manager and Care Manager as a valued member of the leadership team
• The role offers a pathway to future managerial growth within the organisation

The Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience as an RN in aged care
• Confident in mentoring and supporting care staff
• Comfortable engaging with residents’ families
• Full Australian working rights
• Willing to work part-time CCC shifts, with option to top up hours as RN
