We're on the hunt for an experienced Duty Manager to join a dynamic team at a high-performing pub in various locations around Newcastle & the Hunter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional with a passion for service, strong leadership skills, and a solid background across food, beverage, and gaming operations.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a Duty Manager or similar leadership role within a pub or club environment

Strong knowledge of food, beverage & gaming (including TAB, Keno & pokies)

Confident managing daily operations and leading from the front

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to motivate and support a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

RSA & RCG essential

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing day-to-day venue operations during your shift

Leading and mentoring staff across all departments

Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and responsible service standards

Managing stock, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures

Handling customer feedback with professionalism and care
