The Role

As Minor Works Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering multiple small-scale fire protection projects, ensuring they're completed safely, on time, and within budget. You'll liaise with clients, manage subcontractors, and ensure all work complies with relevant fire safety standards and codes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of minor works (hydrant, sprinkler, FIP upgrades, AFSS rectifications, tenant fit-outs, etc.)

Lead site coordination, subcontractor management, and compliance documentation

Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high level of service

Ensure WHS, quality, and environmental procedures are upheld

Work closely with estimating, service, and projects teams to streamline delivery

About You

Experience in fire protection project delivery or service/maintenance with exposure to minor works

Strong knowledge of AS1851, BCA, and fire compliance regulations

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to juggle multiple jobs while maintaining attention to detail

Relevant qualifications in fire, construction, or project management are desirable
