Narellan Pools Southern Sydney & Eastern Suburbs is seeking a motivated and driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with and report to the Construction Manager, taking ownership of projects from initiation to completion from throughout Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, St George and Sutherland Shire.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Engagement: Guide and communicate with customers throughout their project journey, helping them bring their backyard dreams to life.

Project Coordination: Conduct site inspections, prepare and set up project sites, and manage timelines to ensure smooth project execution.

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with certifiers, crane companies, and other key trades to ensure all aspects of the project align with quality standards and timelines.

Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage the install team, concrete suppliers, and landscapers to meet project goals.

Hands-On Support: Work alongside the install team on pool and equipment installations cleaning up pool and Hand Over to clients.

Resource Management: Schedule and assist with site deliveries, safety fencing, and materials. You will also handle material pick-ups and deliveries as needed.

Safety Oversight: Conduct work safety inspections and site inductions to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Value Add: Quote and manage additional landscaping work and recommend value-add products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales Collaboration: Support the sales team by providing project insights and assistance as needed.
