Tell me about the role?

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and driven individual looking for a career in project management.

We are looking for a Project Manager to work with our team in the maintenance of existing and replacement of old advertising assets. As a Project Manager within our Assets Department you will work alongside a team of Project and Asset Managers to ensure the our assets are inspected annually and maintained or upgraded as needed by our external contractors.

Day-to-day you will…

• Coordinate onsite works with our network of field technicians
• Manage field technicians to ensure works are managed within SLA
• Review feedback and photos from completed works to ensure quality
• Conduct onsite audits as needed
• Liaise with suppliers for fabrication of parts as needed
• Support and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive the best outcome for our customers
• Produce various reports to track trends
• Administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as needed

• A strong communicator with some level of Project Management experience
• Demonstrable time management and organisation skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities & deadlines effectively
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• A team-oriented mindset, someone who enjoys working as a part of a group yet capable of being autonomous in their role
• Confidence in tackling challenges with a solution focussed mindset
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience Monday.com (advantageous)
• An interest in fabrication, design, engineering (desirable)
• A curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow
