We are a well-established, family-run business delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical installation services across the Sydney metro area. Our business is growing, and we’re looking for a capable and driven Project Manager to join our team and lead our minor works projects.

About the Role

As the Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple concurrent minor works projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of mechanical, electrical, and BMS installation projects

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources

Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations

Monitor project budgets, variations, and reporting

Maintain accurate project documentation and schedules

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience managing Mechanical Electrical or BMS installation projects (minor or major works)

Strong knowledge of the building services and construction industry in NSW

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self-motivation and a hands-on, solutions-focused attitude

Relevant trade or engineering qualifications

Current Australian Driver’s Licence and full working rights
