Joining a committed team who has had continued success and significant growth over the past twelve months, an experienced Project Manager is required to head our remedial projects. Many of these projects are for specifically selected clients where ongoing relationships exist and a company track record is in place.

This person will have high attention to detail, be well presented and have technical building knowledge.

Within this role the duties will include:

· Project manage works from conception to completion including liaising with clients

· Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals for tender submissions

· Review tender documentation and derive a thorough understanding of client requirements

· Perform all aspects of estimating and submit tenders

· Organising trades, scheduling works, progress claim certificates through to completion.

· Develop systems to ensure estimating is streamlined and efficient

· Attending site visits and gaining a thorough understanding of local conditions

· Assisting in submission of proposals and budgets

· Reviewing tender documentation

· Client liaison, relationship development

· Co-ordinate internal & external resources associated with the delivery of the project

· Deliver and manage program of works

· Monitor progress of projects to ensure milestones and performance indicators are met

Required Qualification and Experience:

· Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills

· Must be self-motivated and punctual

· Proficiency in Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Project

· Excellent scheduling skills

· Ability to read construction drawings

· Tertiary qualified

As the successful applicant you will have a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Project Manager role, be tertiary qualified in a related discipline and can demonstrate your proficiency in planning, organising and working to strict timelines. The applicant will also need to have strong management skills and demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced environment.
