Qualifications & experience

5+ years’ experience in operations or team management, in insurance, construction, or a related field.

Strong computer literacy.

Prime Ecosystem experience will be viewed favorably.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional presentation and conduct.

Current driver’s licence – essential.

Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.

Solid understanding of construction-related OH&S legislation.

Strong working knowledge of QBCC legislation and compliance requirements.

Tasks & responsibilities

Lead and empower a team of insurance supervisors and estimators, fostering a high-performance culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous development.

Support the GM in strategic planning and operational decision-making across the business.

Maintain a focus on margin management from service excellence through efficient processes, accurate estimating, and timely reporting.

Drive consistency and compliance with insurance standards, industry regulations, and internal protocols.

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows, increase productivity, and elevate the customer experience.

Identify and act on opportunities to grow the business and enhance team capabilities.
