Description

• Process high-volume, end-to-end payroll
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with award rates and statutory obligations.
• Prepare and lodge payroll tax, superannuation, and other regulatory payments.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, leave, and entitlements promptly.
• Perform reconciliations of payroll accounts and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance department on month-end processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in payroll management.
• Other ad hoc tasks

Profile

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Sound understanding of award interpretation, taxation, and superannuation obligations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Offer

• $85,000 - $95,000 + super
• Fantastic work-life balance
• 12 month fixed term contract with opportunities for extension/permanency
