About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Officer to oversee all payroll and HR administration for a busy office based in Wingfield. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role (8am to 4pm), ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process end-to-end payroll

Maintain employee records and ensure legislative compliance

Support recruitment and onboarding processes

Manage employee benefits administration

Handle HR queries and provide general support to staff and management

Assist the company director with admin tasks such as diary management and bookings

Ensure WHS certification processes are supported

About You:

Previous experience in a similar HR/payroll role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Advanced MS Office and payroll/accounting software skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Discreet and professional with confidential information
