Navigata365 is a progressive bookkeeping firm that specialises in online bookkeeping and payroll systems and are looking for an experienced ‘Xero payroll champion’ with great attention to detail who will work remotely 4 days per week for an immediate start

Our clients appreciate that our systemised payroll systems can be effectively delivered and managed online

You possess a Diploma of Payroll Services or above and are currently a Payroll Officer with a minimum 3 years experience

You can proficiently manage payroll including employee setup, processing, reporting and banking in Xero.

Your payroll experience includes:

Setup payroll processing

Ensure accurate and effective implementation of the provisions of Enterprise Agreements and any other industrial or statutory requirements

Setting up new starters

Processing PAYG, superannuation, salary packaging, terminations & Transmit EFT ABA files to name a few of the regular payroll tasks

Other tasks include payroll adjustments, journals and statutory compliance

You get as excited as we do using the various Microsoft applications... Excel and Word

You enjoy the structure of tasks and timelines and thrive on getting things done

You love getting things right, being accurate and detail is your middle name!

You can speak, write and read English fluently and communicate with others with ease

and must have permanent residency.

You are currently a payroll officer and have a Diploma of Payroll Services or above and willing to apply for a police check.

You have the ability to resource your own work from home space, including computer, printer, speedy internet connection and excellent mobile coverage and reception and have worked from your own home space for at least a couple of years.

Salary $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 p.a. pro rata + Super
