What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage accounts payable, purchase orders & invoicing
  • Coordinate shipping payments and container releases
  • Track stock movements and update load sheets
  • Order warehouse supplies (pallets, labels etc.)
  • Provide general admin support across operations
  • Supervise a small team and assist with rostering
  • Be the friendly go-to person for solving day-to-day issues

About You:

âś” 3+ years' experience in admin, finance or logistics
âś” Strong MS Office/Xero & data entry skills
✔ Clear communicator – friendly, proactive, and team-oriented
âś” High attention to detail and strong time management
âś” Previous freight or transport & logistics experience is a bonus
âś” Comfortable supporting and guiding a small team

Bonus (but not essential):

  • Cert/Diploma in Business Admin, For Finance
  • Familiar with systems like Capital, CW1 or similar
  • Understanding of freight/logistics/Transport or compliance
