Our client is eager to appoint a Project Architect and Design Lead to join their vibrant team and take charge of shaping projects from concept to completion.

This is a key role that reflects the ongoing expansion of this highly regarded group. Ideally, you’ll be a Registered Architect with upwards of 10 years’ experience, and a strong track record of designing and influencing Australia's skyline.

A design focused all-rounder with strong concept skills on larger scale projects and the ability to drive a team to achieve fully developed design solutions. Must have background experience in master planning, design and whole project delivery on large-scale townhouse developments over varied stages.

Your ability to strategise projects with a balance of creativity and technical excellence is crucial, as is a genuine love for design, and ability to bring bold ideas to life.

Skills & Experience Required

• 10 years’ postgraduate experience on locally based projects
• ARBV Registered Architect
• Ability to craft innovative spatial plans and floor layouts
• Large precinct townhouse development and low-rise residential experience
• Previous leadership of projects $50M+
• Strong technical skills and a proven ability to develop and deliver detailed designs
• Highly proficient and hands-on with Revit, Enscape and SketchUp
• Excellent communication, presentation, hand sketch and problem-solving skills
• Experienced at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Capacity to guide and mentor emerging designers and architects

You’ll be designing interiors and exteriors that capture the essence of a client’s vision and meet all technical requirements. It requires a passion for spatial planning with an eye for crafting floor plans that prioritise both form and function, along with exceptional verbal and visual communication skills to motivate the team.
