City Fringe located Design studio have an established network of Education, Residential and Hospitality clients and are very busy.
Due to client satisfaction they have many repeat clients and have a strong pipeline of work in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

The Melbourne studio is a beautiful space, encouraging collaborative work environment, aligning with the studios nature of designing and delivery projects.
Melbourne studio projects range from $5-40ML and are city and metropolitan area locations.

Currently my client seek a Senior Architect/Project Leader to lead projects, perhaps 2 at a time, depending on scale, with resources to support.

This Senior Architect will be:

• client facing from presentation stage right through to construction stages of projects.
• overseeing the technical documentation, perhaps being hands on Revit themselves.
• coordination of external consultants
• visiting site and liaising with contractors
• Meeting deadlines to ensure project success across all stages.

Ideally a VIC registered Architect, with 10 years + experience who is keen for a pathway to Associate would be ideal for this opportunity.

Revit experience, Project delivery experience from DD to Construction is ideal.
Site experience is desired.

Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities are also required to ensure client, consultant and contractor relations are upheld.
