This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-side project manager looking to work in a well-established company with Project Management company.

They are highly respected, established group proudly delivering some of Melbourne's most significant property development projects. They are currently seeking a driven, thorough Project Manager, to be based in Melbourne. You will be actively involved in significant education, residential and commercial development projects in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

You will be reporting to the Senior Project Manager and Director, the role is for a project manager to deliver strategy, provide guidance across contracting partnerships, procurement, contract management and to provide advice and guidance to the client.

The role includes (but not limited to) assisting with:

• Design Management
• Tender Phase – documenting, supporting, assessing and finalising.
• Construction – superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting and contract administration.
• Project Administration

About you

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Must have client side consultancy experience
• Team collaboration is a must
• 4 -6 + years project management/development experience preferable
• Knowledge of health, education and commercial sectors preferred
• An architecture., engineering or quantity surveyor experience is ideal
• Front end delivery is a must
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously.
• Experience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes and a sound understanding of construction contract administration
• High attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budge
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
