Buzzzed Electrical Pty Ltd is currently seeking a new “Office Administrator” to join our dynamic team
on a full-time basis of 8am-4pm Monday-Friday,
The job will be based in Devonport at our warehouse location with some flexibility to work from home.
Key tasks and responsibilities include
Invoicing & Quote preparation
Email Filtering
Assessing Work Orders
Scheduling Jobs with Clients/Tenants
Task Management for Multiple Employees
Answering Phone Calls 9am-4pm (Must be flexible on times)
Sales Reporting & Targets
Performance Tracking Employees
Debt Collection (Job Deposits & Overdue Invoices)
Social Media Marketing
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Cash Flow Management
Ideal skills & attributes
High attention to detail
Motivated
Willingness to learn new tasks
Strong communication skills
experience in a similar role
Xero accounting experience (advantage but not essential)
simPRO software experience (advantage but not essential)
Understanding of trade terms (electrical (advantage but not essential))
